This 15 minute session via text, phone call or Zoom is designed to help get you back to center before your lunch break is over, or while you wait for your Dr’s appointment. A 1 hour session where we get to know each other. We’ll start with a conversation about what’s bringing you to see me and then we’ll figure out your goals from there. NO WAY! This is trauma informed care, not trauma therapy. While we do address what the trauma is doing to the body, and I will hold space for you to process, this is not a substitute for Mental Health Care. I am not a therapist but I do have many resources and referrals available.
